We HAVE to recognize this coach for this video. If he does this without kneepads, what a warrior. Wow. Second, he’s making a pretty hard drill look very easy. Drills like this, while not necessarily game scenario like, are great for working on your edges and building an elite foundation that every goalie needs to take their game to the next level.
