Thinking about attending a goalie camp? You’re in the right place. The Goalie Coaches team is committed to developing goalie camps the right way. Our mission is simple, help goalies max out their game.
The Goalie Coaches team is pleased to welcome Wyatt Waselenchuk as the Director of Goaltending at Goalie Coaches.
Wyatt is the current Asst. Coach of the Minot Minotauros in the NAHL. Many of our goalies know Wyatt as Accel Goaltending. We could not be more thrilled to welcome Wyatt to the Goalie Coaches team.
Goalie Camps by Goalie Coaches
Summer is the single best time a goalie can develop their game. We’ve trained goalies at every level of play, up to the National Hockey League. Our team is committed to teaching the things that work. We’re constantly pushing the limits of what we know by studying and developing our high end Junior, NCAA D1, and Pro clients and helping to push their game to the next level.
We know that by having the opportunity to continue to work with the best goalies on the planet, we can in turn learn things that can accelerate the path your son or daughter is on towards becoming a high end goalie themselves.
Why attend one of your goalie camps?
We believe in learning from a variety of coaches throughout your career. Our team will never insist that we’re “the ones”. Sure, we’d like to think that, on our way to becoming one of the most trusted organizations in goalie training, we’ve learned a thing or two about building truly elite goalies.. but, we’re not the only coaches of goalies on the planet.
We believe that the best goalies take information from a variety of sources that they know and trust, and compile that into their own game.
The team here at Goalie Coaches does not teach “a system”, or “one way” of being a great goaltender. Instead, we focus on the core principles, like building an elite skating foundation and an unmatched understanding of game situation.
Ever wonder how to become a better goalie? Hint: it’s not done by sitting on the couch. A summer goalie specific camp is an excellent way to not only get out of your comfort zone, it’s also a great time to take a family vacation.
