The Butterfly position is the most utilized position in goaltending. Virtually every aspect of a goalies game revolves around the butterfly position.
From skating, to save selection, to rebound control, learning to improve the butterfly will drastically improve any goaltenders game.
While virtually every goalie drill there is focuses on the butterfly in some aspect, these are a few of the more popular ones that specifically focus on this position.
