Welcome to GoalieCoaches.com, owned and operated by FTP Hockey LLC, doing business as (“DBA”) Goalie Coaches (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Training programs, instructional videos, and digital products.

We may add, update, or discontinue features without notice.

3. Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree that disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Meeker County, Minnesota or the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
